Order placed before 1pm UK time will be shipped same day (Monday to Friday). Shipping cost vary depending on the destination and method chosen:
- UK Deliveries costs 2.95 GBP and will be delivered in 2 to 3 working days.
- UK Express Tracked Deliveries costs 3.95 GBP and will be delivered in 1 to 2 working days.
- EU standard shipment costs 6 GBP and delivers in 5 to 8 working days.
- US standard shipment costs 7 GBP and delivers in 5 to 8 working days.
- Rest of the world standard shipment costs 8 GBP and delivers in 7 to 12 working days.
- FREE UK/EU/US SHIPPING for orders over 40 GBP.
While most orders will continue to ship within our usual delivery timeframes, Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed for international and EU orders after the 11th of December at 1PM.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We currently ship to all 27 EU member states using our IOSS number (Import One-Stop Shop scheme) to simplify cross-border VAT for EU customers.
- Orders under €150 (including shipping) have VAT prepaid at checkout with no extra fees on delivery, while orders over €150 will incur import VAT, duties, and handling fees upon arrival. To avoid extra costs and delays, we recommend placing multiple smaller orders, each under €150 where possible.
- USA and Australia orders are sent Delivery Duty Paid.
- We do not offer Delivery Duty Paid for international orders, those may be subject to local taxes (VAT) and duties on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and you might be contacted by the courier if taxes apply to your shipment.
- Any order going to the UAE requires a PO Box. This is mandatory to make sure the parcel will be delivered with our current shipping provider.
RETURNS:
- Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund and free shipping returns for an unworn, undamaged product, in original condition within 28 days of your receipt. Shipping cost will not be refunded. All product tags, packaging and leaflets must be included. If you choose to return your item you can simply do so by sending us an email at assistant@naoadesign.com
- Kindly note returns are only free of charge for UK and EU Orders.
