Order placed before 1pm UK time will be shipped same day (Monday to Friday). UK shipping costs 2.95 GBP and will be delivered via Royal Mail First Class in 1 to 3 working days. FREE SHIPPING for orders over 40 GBP.

We currently do not ship our sanitising solutions outside the UK.

Due to the nature of the product sanitisers sales are final and cannot be exchanged.

WARRANTY

NAOA takes great care in the design and manufacturing of its products. If you find that your steriliser shows a defect within 12 months from the date of purchase we will repair it or replace it (proof of purchase required). This warranty only covers products where the defect results from faulty design or manufacture.

Love my Naoa my daughter now wants me to purchase one for her also
My previous review was based upon my not being able to purchase the scent I wanted
But I can add that the customer service was beyond fantastic they apologised and offered me a discount off of my next purchase safe to say I ordered the lavender and I'm happily awaiting my delivery. The service is 100% I'll be purchasing more products as the time goes on and I might even buy it for my daughter lol we'll see lol
